If a part that needs to be repaired or replaced is under warranty, you can schedule an appointment for this via My Bizbike. You will not be charged for this. 

You can request a repair or replacement via My Bizbike. Parts that you can install on the bike yourself can be ordered via the Support function on My Bizbike. You will receive the invoice for your order soon afterwards. As soon as you have paid, we will send your package.

Exclusions
• On parts that are subject to wear and tear, such as tyres, inner tubes and brake pads

• In the event of incorrect and/or careless use of the E-Scooter

• Damage caused by usage outside of the recommended or intended use, for example, usage by a person over the recommended weight (100kg).

• Technical repairs that were not performed professionally

• Parts that have been installed afterwards that do not correspond to the technical specifications of the E-Scooter

• Parts that are not replaced in time

• The effects of climate such as normal weathering of paint and chrome rust and water damage

The warranty period always starts from the time of delivery.

We want to ensure your peace of mind so Veloci's outlet e-bikes come with a comprehensive warranty:

• Lifetime aluminium warranty on the frame for both gold and silver standard outlet bikes.

• One-year warranty on electrical and non-electrical parts for gold standard e-bikes.

• Six months warranty on electrical and non-electrical components for silver standard e-bikes
